On Sept. 28, employees of GK Drive Systems (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. (hereafter referred to as GK Drive) witnessed a historical moment when the company’s 10,000th unit axle officially went off the assembly line.

“In March, we (GK Drive) started building axles; in 2019, our sales revenue of axles was nearly 300 million RMB. Despite all the difficulties in recent years, we are proud of what we have achieved so far thanks to the concerted efforts of all emoployees”, said the general manager of GK Drive.GK Drive is committed to developing more reliable axles for city buses with low-floor access. Currently, its axle products can be found in many cities both at home and abroad. They are widely used on 8-meter, 10-meter, 12-meter, 13.7-meter, 18-meter buses and double-deckers powered by hybrid driveline, electricity or hydrogen fuel cells.
